The EOTech 552 is holographic sight with a 1x magnification factor for fast and easy target acquisition for close to medium distances. It features an illuminated holographic red dot reticle and anti-reflection coatings. It is powered by 2 AA batteries and has a battery life of 2,500 hours at setting 12 when in room temperature environments. With 20 brightness levels for daytime shooting and 10 brightness levels specifically designed for use with Gen I/II/III night vision devices, the EOTech 552 can be used in all lighting situations. EOTech reticles feature a 68 MOA ring surrounding a 1 MOA center dot allowing the use to quickly engage their target. The EOTech 552 fits on both 1? weaver and picatinny rails and has an integrated quick-release feature.
