The Rheo Tech sight features a Rheostat cover that allows for fiber brightness adjustment and eliminates starburst, Firepins with 18? of fiber per pin, 3rd axis adjustment, micro adjust windage and elevation, 3/8?-32 sight light port, Gear Tooth lock knobs and a dampened mounting bracket. The aiming ring and pins are at the same depth for accuracy.
